Mindful Mondays at The Working Capitol
A time uniting the mind, body & soul with mindfulness… a time for those who would like to deepen or initiate their mindfulness practice.
During this session, we will be cultivating a deeper sense of awareness of our thoughts, emotions and sensations, using a blend of meditation exercises and hatha yoga. We will sit with purpose, we will eat with a beginner’s mind, we will breathe one breath at a time and we will practice mind-body yoga with intention.
We will also discuss how mindfulness can help us move beyond managing stress to achieving optimal performance in today’s fast-paced life.
About the Instructor
Lim Han Ee is a performance psychologist / mindfulness coach who works with his clients to nurture both flow experiences and a championship mindset that enhance bottom-line results. His clients includes MNC leaders, Red Bull athletes, royalty, national athletes and other high performers. As a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Instructor, Han Ee has trained under the direction of Jon Kabat-Zinn and the Center for Mindfulness.
